Manon and Valentin

Hi! We’re Manon and Valentin — a French couple, of 30 and 29 years old, arriving in Brisbane for 5 months (January to June).

We’re both on a Working Holiday Visa and are here to work and really enjoy the Brisbane lifestyle. Manon will be working in a coffee shop and her partner in construction, so we’ll have a stable routine and income.

We’re clean, organised and respectful of shared spaces — we’re not party people, but we love a good vibe at home: having dinner together, chatting, and enjoying a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

We’re active and outdoorsy: we run, do yoga, go to the beach, hike and explore the area on weekends. During the week we’re quite calm — early mornings, work, gym, cooking and chill evenings.

We’ve lived in shared houses before and we know how important communication, cleanliness and mutual respect are. We treat a home like a home, not a hostel.

We’re looking for a place where we can feel comfortable, relaxed and part of the household. We’d love to live with people who are friendly, respectful and easygoing.
