TLDR: My cool, chill housemate Chris and I are looking for a 3rd housebuddy, I have a house full of stuff so looking for new place to lease, Max $700 rent, our current lease is up 13/2/26 and we are actively looking and applying right now and may move in to a new rental if we secure something as early as 30/1

I have most furniture needed for a house and would like to be on a lease

I owned my own property for 8y so I understand financial responsibility and maintaining a home, I prefer a tidy clutter free crib so would prefer to have a cleaning roster to make things equal. Tidy feels zen to me.

I would like to create a relaxing sanctuary with a positive, self aware housemate, more like mates than flatmates, to have a laugh but also respect each others space. I prefer someone who also enjoys their quiet time sometimes, im not interested in having parties a dinner party and friends over every now and again, yes absolutely. We want a little community, not just a rando to live with.

Looking for a human who is kind hearted, open minded, respectful, tidy, non smoker working ft/pt with great communication skills.

Id consider myself a generally optimistic and caring person, I like to cook, be in nature, craft, go see gigs, chat about psychology and spirituality.

Chris is vegan, clean and housetrained, fairly quiet but loves a chat, rides motorcycle, has exceptional taste in music, enjoys gigs and is involved in social justice activism.

The perfect vibe im looking for is a home filled with plants, cooking or gigs together sometimes, to celebrate the joys in life and a space holder when things are not so bright

I have allergies to dustmites and sensitive to pets so cant live with furbabies 😿 or live in places that have carpets
