Hi I'm Josh, I am working full time as a civil engineer. I have recently returned back to Australia after living in the UK for the past 18 months. I am originally from Cairns but have decided to make the move to the Sunny Coast for something a little cooler.

I am active and love the outdoors, whether that is hiking, camping or trying to learn how to surf. I am also social and as a house mate I get along with others really well, clean and respectful.

I have lived in share houses and also have been a landlord with a sharehouse so I know everyones space is to be respected. I don't smoke or have pets, no parties and hardly if ever drink, but happy to have a beer or wine if it's been a long week!

I work in Maroochydore so I'm looking for a place relatively close to there. I don't mind living with couples or pets, but preferably people around my age.

I am available to move in right away as I am currently staying with a friend until I can find a place of my own.
