I’m from Thailand and currently on a Work and Holiday visa. I’m looking for a clean, safe and friendly place to stay while I settle into life here in Perth.

I’m tidy, considerate, and enjoy living in a calm environment. I love simple cooking, coffee, and quiet evenings after work. I don’t smoke and I’m not a heavy party person, but I do enjoy nice conversations and sharing warm vibes with housemates ☕🌿

I’m looking for a private room ($200–$250/week), preferably with bills included, and would love to move in around 12 January 2026.
