Hi there!

I'm a single 40 year old guy, (never been married and no kids), looking for a place in the Sydney Hills area. Anywhere around the general Bella Vista, Kellyville, Norwest, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill areas is great.

I run my own photography business so I'm often out shooting events on weekends and then during the week I'm at home alot editing photos and working on the business, so I'm looking for a quiet and peaceful home with reliable internet.

I have alot of photography and lighting gear, so I'm ideally looking for a master room or quite a large sized bedroom - or at least somewhere within the house where I can safely store some of my gear.

I'm a very chill guy mostly just doing my own thing in my own room, but I do enjoy conversation and connection as well, and I have a warm and friendly personality.

I have my own bed / desk etc.. so I'm looking for an unfurnished room.

I need to move from the place I'm in now by the 6th of November 2025, so I'd ideally move slightly before that date, but I could also move sooner also.
