Looking for a Female Housemate to Rent a 3–4 Bedroom House Together

Hey there! I’m looking for a female housemate, open to couple, to team up with and find a 3–4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house — ideally a bit further out from the city (around 1–1.5 hours away). I’m looking to move sometime in January or February, so there’s plenty of time to find the right place (and the right fit!).

I’m a bit of a homebody and work from home most days, so I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable, and friendly home environment. My work hours vary, but minimal 38 hours a week. I have two cats — one is super social and loves attention, while the other takes a little longer to warm up but is just as sweet once she does. So you’ll need to be okay with furry roommates (probably best if you don’t have pets of your own, as I’m not sure how they’d go with others).

I’d like to split power, water, and other shared costs evenly, and I’m happy to either share groceries or buy our own — whatever feels easiest. Ideally, I’d like the room with the ensuite and am happy to pay a bit more in rent to reflect that.

I’m also open to a couple moving in — room arrangements and rent can definitely be discussed.

The goal is to find a nice, spacious home where we can both have our own space but also get along well and enjoy a relaxed, respectful household.
