My name is Holly Hsu, and I’m currently in my second semester at UTS. I’m looking for a studio or 1-bedroom apartment to rent, ideally moving in by the end of October. My budget is $450–$650 per week.

I have a car, so I’m pretty flexible with the location. Although I don’t have local employment, I have sufficient savings to provide financial proof.

A bit about me — I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, and have a quiet lifestyle. I keep things clean, don’t host parties, and usually cook light meals. My semester ends in November, and I plan to start working full-time.
