Hi! - Nicholas here, 26 y/o Irish who has recently accepted a new engineering role in Gold Coast. I am currently live in Varsity Shores but will be looking for accommodation around Varsity Lake or surrounding areas once my lease finishes September 1st.

About myself:
I have lived in Ireland most my life, and have recently decided to take the leap to Australia. Some of my interests and hobbies include football, rugby, chess, hiking, camping, music, board games. Im a very passionate engineer and enjoying my new role here in the Gold Coast.

Previous renting experiences:
I have rented previously in Ireland with students and young adults, so am well used to living in shared accommodation and understand the importance of cleanliness and friendliness, as well as paying the weekly/ monthly rent on time. I have been living in Kingsford, Sydney with two others for the past 6 months which has been great fun! I am now living in Varsity Shores with 4 other flatmates until September 1st when my lease runs out.

Previous Work/ Education:
In Ireland, I worked as a graduate civil engineer with AECOM and have a masters in civil, structural, and environmental engineering in Trinity. Since moving to Australia ive worked in council and private sector.
