I’m on a Working Holiday Visa and work full-time as a warehouse worker at EWE Logistics.
I’m looking for a clean place to rent for myself only.
I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, and have one car.
Currently living in Lakemba, always pay rent on time.
I’d like to move in between 3–6 November, and would like to know the minimum lease term and if a car space is available.
My current short-term lease ends on 5 December, but I’m flexible and happy to discuss if extension or adjustment is needed.
