Hey! I’m Jess - 28, working full-time from home as a Senior Performance Manager in digital marketing. I’m pretty lowkey during the week, usually tucked away with coffee in hand, working or heading out for a walk or gym class. I’m definitely more of an early morning-over-clubbing kind of person, but I still love a good dinner, wine or movie night with housemates.

I’m tidy, respectful, and love having a home that feels calm but social, where everyone does their own thing but still enjoys the occasional chat or shared meal.

Open to joining an existing house or teaming up to find a new place with a good vibe! Ideally I’d like to be close to the beach, so Elwood, Brighton, Hampton! I don’t have furniture but have funds to buy some front old place!
