Hey everyone! I am looking for a furnished private room to rent for a long term stay. Or at the very least a bed and BIR (a desk would be awesome too lol). Preferably in Brunswick, Ascot Vale, St Kilda, South Yarra, Elwood or anywhere that’s less than an hour from Southbank via public transport. Also, internet is a must! I arrive in Melbourne on the 13th of September and hope to move in as soon as I arrive. My budget is $700pcm, but of course the lower the better. 😬 A little bit about myself: I am an international student from Singapore, mid-20s and I will be studying Filmmaking this coming September. I like to spend my free time watching movies, sports and exploring new places with my camera(be it cool hipster cafes or jungle trekking). I'm pretty chill and sociable, some say funny but that's up to you to decide 😉. I don’t consider myself as a party person but I do enjoy music festivals and a few drinks every now and then. I'm respectful and tidy therefore I pay bills on time and clean up after myself. I’m also LGBTQ friendly and I don’t mind pets at all. 😬🐒 Now, as I am still in Singapore, I am not able to do a viewing in person. But I'm totally down for a video call interview/viewing if you are open to that idea. 😃 Cheers, Jerry 🤙🏼 :)
I am a health professional wanting to move closer to my work and ready for a change. I enjoy going for runs or rides on my bike, and catching up with friends. I am generally happy and relaxed, and like time to myself and also a good chat. I'd like to live in a relaxed environment with someone clean and respectful, who is happy to communicate when there are any issues.
Hi!! I'm a Brazilian student, 30 years, that has just arrived in Melbourne to stay around for a year. I'm looking for a private room, furnished, for 200 dollars maximum weekly rent.
Hey there, I'm Chloe, I'm 26 and work full time in Realestate, located in South Melbourne. I am a very easy going Aussie girl who is respectful of others and personal space. I do not have any pets and am a non smoker. I am a clean and tidy person and also reliable. My interests include gym, walks, travel, going out with friends, wineries, art and movie nights! I keep it pretty low key during the week and on the weekends like to find something fun to do. Any other questions, please ask. I look forward to meeting my new house mates! :)
Melbourne born and bred but have ventured far and wide for work and travel. I'm easy going, tidy and considerate. Love a night in as much as a night out. I enjoy watching and playing all kinds of sports. I play organised sports 3 or so nights a week. Basketball, ultimate frisbee and footy. I work as a sports coach and manage a boat shed for a high school rowing club. I am a keen baker and make and decorate cakes for friends and family on the side. I am currently working at a ski resort but will be needing a place to call home from October until winter comes round again next year.
I am a 38 year old chick from the UK who loves fun and adventure. I have a great sense of humor and never fail to make people chuckle with my cheekiness. I lived in Thailand for 2 years on Koh Tao where I was singing professionally and I have been traveling a while now. I have most recently around Oz in my van on an epic journey but have now settled in Victoria and have started college in the city studying sports & fitness. I am training to be a personal trainer as I am a great motivator and people's person. I love to get out into the great outdoors and explore but also like to just chill indoors with a good movie. I also love to socialise over a few drinkies and love a good dance from time to time especially in the sunshine where I can. Cooking is a passion and trying new foods and good ales. I am a singer and love music and am looking to start a new project currently as this is the longest I haven't gigged! I am a clean and tidy person with respect for others. I like to take time out and enjoy my own company so looking for a housemate to suit. I live a healthy lifestyle but also like a party from time to time, it's all about the balance I have finally found after younger years of just party! I am considerate and thoughtful and want nothing more than happiness and harmony in my life 😁 Also love animals especially doggies! So if you have a 4 legged friend even better as I love to chill, cuddle and walk as always been used to having fur babies around :)

Hi, my name isPauline and I’m back in Melbourne after 3 months in LA. I’m professional, super clean, healthy, fit , active lifestyle but enjoy quite chill time as well . I’m social and appreciate and respect r your space and mine. I’m easy to live with, hard working and respectful and trust you would be the same. Not looking to be in a party house at all. Non smoker and don’t really drink much either at all. :)
Hi everyone, I'm a registered nurse looking for a pet friendly place to live! :) I am very clean and quiet, you won't even know I'm around unless you want to have a glass of wine together every now and again :). I have a 2 year old dalmation/kelpie named Angel and she is sweet as her name makes her out to be. She is house trained and loves everyone. However, she may end up staying with my sister so if I do not take her with me I would be looking to still get a dog (probably one a bit smaller though!). Looking forward to finding a great roommate or two!!
I am Aunty to a beautiful girl called Daisy who has a rare neurological disorder. She is a joyful 3 1/2 year old. I have a home on the Mornington Peninsula I live with my sister and Daisy. I commute to Ormond to work most days. Looking for somewhere to stay intermittently when Daisy is at Royal Children’s or when I’m too tired to drive home. Ideally sometimes when it suits, my sister lib and Daisy might stay too. We are good people. We Go to the footy yo see Richmond when we can and have loads of good friends and family. Mostly it would just be me a couple of nights a week. I am clean tidy and love a clutter free beautiful looking home. I studied acting and sports massage and currently work full time as a mental health worker and have for 11 years. We go to Byron for holidays and love swimming. I buy mostly organic and eat meat but sway towards veggies. I clean with white vinegar or earth friendly products. I am a 3PBS radio subscriber and I have donated to Fred Hollows foundation for years. I believe in humanity. I am flexible, easy going, non judgemental and a bit of a quiet rebel with a good sense of humour. I like dry wit and love a good read. I go to plays and live gigs.
I am a 30 years old Egyptian girl working as an Architect/Interior Designer, new to Melbourne. I will be looking for a full time job as soon as i arrive. I recently got the Australian permanent resident visa through the skilled workers immigration program. Most probably, I will not be spending too much time at home during the first few months as I would like to explore the city and hopefully will be going to interviews till I find the job for me. I would also be interested in volunteering at community events. In general, I'm a calm person yet i'm always up for new adventures and like to explore new things. I always have a story to tell whether it will be about my life back home, adventures i have been to or about my new life in Australia :) I love sports especially skating, running and squash. I like to keep fit and eat healthy as much as possible. I usually crave going to the beach, not sure if it's something related to my cancer horoscope XD
Hi I am working full time in law enforcement, working shift work so most of the time you will have the house to yourself. I am quite and keep to myself, not a big drinker or partier, prefer to stay at home our head out for brunch. No kids, or pets, I have and apartment full of furniture so will have anything or everything that is needed. I like to keep fit, gym daily and get out of the city when I can. Looking for a modern apartment or similar. Flexible on move date
26 year old, from England working full in Bayside location. Looking for a maximum of 5 other housemates, with no shared bedroom. No Preference on Furnished or unfurnished as I have all of my own things. I'm extremely clean, easy going and enjoy the odd glass of wine or five but I also love my own time and am respectful of others space. Not looking for a party house. Maximum $240 per week bills included. Current lease ends on September 24th but is month by month so I can be flexible with move in date. Can be sooner if need be for the right place. I have a car but parking isn't essential as long as plenty of on road places near by. Give me a message if you think we'd suit.
Self sufficient and who considers himself a responsible and a well rounded person. I am a fairly chilled, full of stories and gets a kick out of making others laugh. I enjoy a good convo and good company. Born in Melbourne and lived here most of my life, I used to live in Bentleigh East. Living side of things, cleans up after himself, very mindful of others space and privacy. Work life, I am self employed and have my own business in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, and my business hours are long - 6am to 6pm. Even when the day is over, it's not quite over for me as I have paperwork to maintain. My main focus in life is to continue building my business, and continuing to save for buying a house of my own. Social, weekday evenings are filled with going to the gym, then I'm pretty much home by 7:30-8:00pm, in bed by 9-9:30pm ready for another early start. Weekends, I'm not the clubbing or bar type of person, I don't drink or do drugs, so I'm not the drunken/stoned type who rocks up home drunk at 3am in the morning. My weekend social life is more steered towards getting out and seeing the world. I enjoy driving and seeing places, I occasionally enjoy camping and 4wd trips, snow trips, beaches etc. I have two vehicles, my work van and a Hilux, but I only have one vehicle at a time, so I only require one parking space. Hobbies, I enjoy playing the acoustic guitar when I'm out. Like most mid 30's men, I don't mind a bit gaming every now and then when I have spare time.
We are Andrew & Celine. Andrew is from Melbourne, working in employee mental and physical health (wellbeing) full time. A lover of travel, all food made with love and coffee geek. We're both really easy going people, very open-minded and always happy to meet new people.

(lived in 5 countries and traveled over 30 haha..) I like to run, hike, cook, read, drink, and simply have fun. I'll definitely be an entertaining addition to the apt. Looking for normal fun peeps! ;)
