I'm a 27 year old Perth girl making the Melbourne move mid June. I'm looking for a house share central to the CBD with close public transport. Ideally in South Melbourne but also open to other areas! Keen to move in with 2-3 people of a similar age, males or females. I work in marketing and I'm currently freelancing for a client in WA. I'll be looking for full time work in Melbourne but my freelancing will keep me going until then. I'm easy going, friendly, clean and tidy. I'm really excited to move to Melbourne to meet new people and experience all the reasons us Perth kids hit up the big cities - restaurants, bars, art galleries etc etc. I'm a non smoker so not keen for a smoking house. Looking for a place mid June - mid July onwards (I have a friend's housemate's room during that time but am flexible). Looking for social and relaxed housemates who would be keen to cook up a house meal together every now and then! Happy to live with any males or females of similar age who are clean, tidy, respectful and easy going. I've got friends already living in Melb but ideally would love some housemates that are keen to explore the city and state with me :) Hope to hear from you if I fit the bill! Ps. Flexible re time of stay 3,6,12 months +
I am a 30 yo working professional looking to move closer to bayside in a social environment. Consider myself clean, fun, active and easy going. Am happy to share the odd meal, drink and have a laugh but am respectful of others privacy at the same time.
Hello there Melbourne peeps my name is Lucie. I'm looking for a place to live. I'm a friendly, tidy woman. I'm not a party animal but good for a chat with a glass of red and a cheese platter. I like foreign films, bikeriding and I'm a foodie. I'm very reliable when it comes to money, I have had utilities in my name before and been responsible for dividing bills, any of my former housemates will affirm. I'm looking for a place with at least one woman living there and maximum 3 people including me. Good heating is very important to me, coming from Queensland :) Also a place with wifi and is fully furnished but I do have my own bedroom furniture. Also no offence to anyone but I'd prefer a place where there no smokers or pets. I'm pretty solid really. Looking forward to meeting you cheers Lucie
Hi I'm Patrick 25, currently on a working holiday visa from Ireland. Little about myself, currently working six day weeks and play sport four nights a week. So I'll very rarely be in the house. I enjoy trying new things and meeting new people. I will be looking to socialise during the weekends and do enjoy having a drink, but nothing to crazy as I'm currently saving to travel the East Coast. Tidy, considerate and friendly.
Hi there, My name is Mix, a 20 years old boy. I'm a university student, major in architecture. Anyway, I come to Melbourne for taking an architecture courses during my university summer holiday! As a housemate I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person, who likes to chill out plus I'm tidy, clean, and respectful. One of my hobbies is taking photos. I always be active (running, rugby, cycling), play piano, explore local exhibitions and enjoy a good cafe. I'm also an animal lover, especially dogs, so that would not be a problem at all :) Send me a message if you think we'd get along! Cheers,
So I've just moved over from Perth and have secured the job I wanted, now I need the home. I'm a professional so I'll be working lots and I hardly make any mess. I don't know many people over here yet so won't be making much noise, I love a good chat though.
Hello! Full time receptionist at a health club in the cbd. Personal hobbies include gym training, outdoors activities (camping, hiking, four-wheel driving, skiing, etc), cooking, all things food, craft beer and coffee! Very down to earth individual who is bordering OCD with cleanliness and takes pride in maintaining my environment. Not much of a party animal these days, although a big fan of the odd dinner party with friends :)
Hey possible flat mates! I'm from New Zealand been in Melbourne 2 years now currently working in a deli in Elwood. In my free time I will be catching up on my Tv shows, playing video games or catching up with some friends in town, very laxed back guy always down on a drink and a yarn, but of course respectful of peoples space and privacy.
Hi everyone, My little dog Sonny (7 year old mini foxie) and I are moving to Melbourne from Perth in August. I realise it's probably a little early to be posting but just in case. I am looking for a pet friendly rental within 20-30 mins of the city. I would also need parking and having had the luxury of living Perth for so many years I have become rather accustomed to the warm climate therefore I would definitely a place with heating! If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be really grateful. Ideally I'm looking for my own place but if that's not affordable I'd love to find someone pet friendly to start a lease with. (she's an indoor dog, used to having a dog door and coming/going as she pleases) I'd love to hear from you. I have household furniture & White goods. Anything you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks in advance, Soph & Sonny

Hi Beautiful people! Just about to start a new chapter in my life and would love to find a place to call home! Looking for a large warm room with own bathroom in a modern apartment or a house. Willing to share accommodation just with one person. I work full time, so bills will be paid in time;). Let me know if you have one or want to rent together. (There are few great 2 bed 2 bath apartments in Bayside, up to $500 per week, so we can take a lease together for 1 year)
I'm an easy-going, friendly person who spends most of my time out and about with friends. I'm always good for a chat but also can respect the need for space. I am tidy around the house and I always pay rent on time!
I have just arrived in Melbourne after living in SE Asia for many many years whilst working in the Travel industry. I'm originally from Sydney. I love pets, especially dogs, and have really missed owning pets while I've been living abroad, so a house with a dog (or other pets) would be especially welcome. I'm a non-smoker and love to spend my spare time practicing yoga and acroyoga, and love good coffee and chocolate! I've also been known to be a shopohic, but am trying to reform :-)
I'm very easy going and like my own space to be tidy and respected as I respect other people's. I'm a full time bricklayer looking to settle down in Melbourne and am excited to see what the future holds, I like to keep my body and mind healthy and develop myself in every aspect of my life to keep things fresh and exciting, looking for some like minded people to enjoy living with and form some genuine friendships!
My name is Natalie Aitken and I am using Flat Mates in the hope of finding a stable and affordable home to share with someone who has similar interests and is reliable. I currently reside in Chelsea with my mum who I take care of. I have my own car and license which provides independence. I have no gender and age preferences to who I live with, as long as we can live together comfortably and happily. Regardless of my age I am very independent and mature and able to cater to my own needs. I am currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Justice at Frankston Chisholm TAFE and also work around 20-25 hours a week, part time as a bartender at Etihad Stadium and also The Arts Centre Melbourne. I love food. I love to laugh and to make people laugh. I love intelligent conversations.
