Hi there! I currently work full time in Perth as an engineer. I am looking for a nice place to settle into near my office. Would ideally be looking for around $300 incl. bills but I would be willing to stretch to $350 for the right place. Furnished with available off street parking.

I am usually out at work or at the gym. When I am home I tend to keep to myself, but I also happily welcome having a bit of a chat. I like to keep things clean and tidy, I am very respectful and pretty reserved. I don't smoke, do drugs, party, and rarely drink.

I like to do random projects and get out and be active, so if you are the same, I'd love to tag along sometimes. I also enjoy cooking and the occasional game.
