Luke and Ashlee

My girlfriend and i, plus our 4 legged friend are looking for a long term rental around Newcastle!

We are both hard workers, myself working full time as an auto electrician in Singleton, and Ashlee working as a pharmacy assistant 3 days a week juggling uni as a student studying Naturopathy. We both have very stable incomes, and are trustworthy and reliable renters, being trusted with private leases our entire time we’ve lived in Newcastle since 2022. We are clean, quiet, and respectful of our house we live in and neighbours. Archie is our 4 legged friend, who is a 3 year old dachshund/chihuahua! He loves sitting on our lap, hiding under a blanket, or sunbaking.

When we aren’t lounging around or working, i am playing guitar and doing gigs around Newcastle or doing auto electrical jobs for people. Ash is either doing uni, walking the dog with me, or we might be away camping, visiting our family.

Our main requirements are just a closed in yard for Archie (doesn’t need to be big), and either enough storage for my music gear to be stored dry and safely, or a garage! We love a place with good natural light and air flow. That’s it!
