Hi everyone, I’m Luka, I’m 20, and I work as a carpenter (making doors). I’m looking for a clean, quiet share house (preferably around Pakenham) with bills included, up to $200/week.

A bit about me:

My work hours are weekdays 8:30-5:30, so I’m pretty structured. After work I usually go for a light walk, relax with a drink and smoke outside, maybe play games or watch movies. I also enjoy the beach, waterfalls and hiking.

I’m quiet, tidy, and friendly. I respect people’s space, share chores without being asked, and always clean up after myself.

Love animals — I don’t have allergies and I enjoy pets being around.

I’m reliable with rent, and looking for a place I can feel steady in (not just temporary).

What I bring to a share house:

I work full-time, so I’m financially stable.

Low-maintenance in terms of noise etc.

I pay my share properly and on time, and treat the place like my home.
