Hi guys, I’m Murphy Fu, a Chinese geologist working in QLD. I work FIFO on a fixed Tuesday–Tuesday roster (Tue early flight / next Tue late return), so I only occupy the room about 6 nights each two-weeks.
I’m looking for a furnished single room near the train (Northgate/Nundah preferred), with bills included, a shared kitchen and a washing machine.
Would you consider charging only for the weeks I actually stay, with a weekly rate in the AUD [180–220] range?
I can commit for 6–12 months, pay bond + 2–4 weeks upfront, and I’m tidy, quiet, non-smoking.
