Single male, no pets, don't smoke.

I work full time 8am to late so wont be home much, I also work every saturday.

I value my alone time but I will have a beer and a chat with housemates.

Would like a younger household that don't mind if my friends come over every now and then.

I'm organized, clean and productive in the mornings.

I'm a nerd for cars and bikes, I have 2 bikes and a car and work on them quite a lot, so a spot to work on these would be nice but not required- I can do it on the street.

PS: I also have a heaps of streaming services which I know is what you really want to hear.
