I am a solo female looking to rent alone. I have managed and lived alone before and can provide referee if required.

I’m a self-employed artist currently working on my online shops and ongoing game development projects. I am looking to rent for more than 12 months (looking at 2-5 years) so I can continue building foundations to expand my creative skill set.

I do have two cats that are calm and very hygienic, and I prioritise their health and happiness.

I’m quiet, keep to myself, respectful, and extremely clean by nature (always vacuuming!!). I take pride in keeping my space peaceful and well-maintained. My two indoor cats are well-behaved, registered, vaccinated and fully litter-trained.

I’m looking for
- a small private studio or,
- unit or,
- granny flat
that can serve as both my living and creative space, where I can focus on my work in a tidy and tranquil environment.
