Hey I’m James, I’m 27 years old and looking to rent a room in the Newstead area. I work full time in the public sector and have a mix of office and work from home. I’m a very clean and easy going person, love to have a good chat, go for walks along the river, socialise out with friends on the weekend and gym in the morning. I do have two dogs (Cavoodle & Spoodle) with my ex partner, me and him have just separated, so if you’re ok for them to have a sleepover every now and again, that would be amazing.
