Hi,

My name is Monique Holborn, I’m 26 years old, and was born and raised on the Gold Coast.

I run a CPR and First Aid training organisation, and I usually work from home (happily in my room) or at local cafés.
My work is generally quiet, I only take a few phone calls a day and otherwise have my headphones in while replying to emails.

I have an adorable little Chihuahua named Strawberry. She’s very sweet, cuddly, and friendly with everyone, including most other dogs! She’ll give a little bark when she first meets someone but quickly relaxes once she gets a pat. I often get told she’s very well-behaved for a Chihuahua. Strawberry is around 8–11 years old and goes everywhere with me since I adopted her in February this year.

I really value a space that’s cute, friendly, and clean. I don’t smoke cigarettes, and I’m 420-friendly (legally) — always respectful and happy to smoke only in my room, outside, or off the property if preferred.

A bit about me: I love thrifting, going to the gym, dancing, spending time at the creek, and hanging out with friends.

My budget is up to $400 per week, and I’d love to find somewhere that feels like home for both me and Strawberry.
