Hello, my name is Liam Richardson, I’m a 25-year-old Architectural Technologist from Ireland, relocating to Melbourne on a working holiday visa. I’m excited to begin a new professional and personal chapter in one of the world’s most vibrant and design-focused cities. I’ll be living with a close friend and we’re seeking a comfortable apartment to make our home while we settle into life and work in Melbourne.
I’m drawn to Melbourne for its beautiful architecture, creative culture, and quality of life. As someone passionate about design, I’m eager to gain experience within local architectural practices and contribute to projects that celebrate innovation, sustainability, and community. Outside of work, I enjoy gym training, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as other sports, reading, and music. I lead an active yet balanced lifestyle and value quiet, well-kept living spaces. My friends and I are responsible, tidy, and reliable tenants who take pride in maintaining a home. We respect our surroundings and neighbours, and we always ensure rent and communication are handled promptly and professionally.
