Im currently renting in Broadbeach with my lease due to end on 12th April. I love the area and I'm really keen to stay around here/Mermaid as I've developed a great routine.

I am reliable having been responsible for managing the rent and bills for myself and previous housemate.

I'm very tidy and considerate and keep myself to myself, but I can also be a social butterfly... I am a spiritual and down to earth girl who enjoys living a wholesome and quiet life and I appreciate a friendly but independent household.

I am a non-smoker and only drink on occasions, I tend to go to bed early and wake up early to go to Pilates or the gym before work. I like to live a simple life and find joy in sunrises, sunsets and being in nature.

I would love for the opportunity to go for a coffee and a walk with my housemates or to have dinner or go explore the Goldie together here and there.

I'm generally a very organised and clean person so I'd like to live with people that have the same tendencies. Tidy space, tidy mind!

I love the gym, yoga, hiking, reading and cooking. Always love cooking for others so happy to do so for my flatmates. Whilst I'm quite active, healthy and outdoorsy, I do enjoy chilled nights, being able to decompress for a short while after work is important to me - Flatmates that have similar interests would be cool!

I currently work full time in hospitality where i am typically working Wednesday-Sunday 9am-5pm. In the evenings I tend to either go to yoga or go for a walk and then read/unwind.

Open to a 3-6 month agreement.
