Peran Bishop

I work full-time in the building industry. I also run a small handyman and tech installation business on the side. I’m practical, tidy, and good with tools, so I’m usually the one fixing things rather than breaking them.

Outside of work, I’m heavily involved in my surf lifesaving club. I volunteer as a patrol captain, help run events, and spend a lot of time at the beach. I keep active with gym, surfing, and early mornings don’t scare me.

At home I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m social and enjoy a drink or cooking dinner with housemates, but I’m also happy doing my own thing. I don’t bring drama and I value good communication.

I’m looking for a place with friendly and reliable people who like a relaxed but well-kept home. Ideally somewhere between East Fremantle and Subiaco, with Cottesloe, Mosman Park, or Claremont being top of the list.
