My name is Serena, a Japanese currently moving from Brisbane to Perth. I’ve been living in Australia since April 2018, and I’m studying a Community Service course on a student visa valid until April 2027. If I receive sponsorship from a local employer, I plan to stay in Australia long-term.
I have a solid rental history — I’ve been paying around $650 per week for the past two years without any issues. I’m a responsible and tidy tenant who always takes good care of my home.
A bit about myself — I really enjoy meeting new people and communicating with others, and I love going out to explore new places. I’m also an animal lover, especially fond of dogs and cats.
I’m looking for a place with my own bathroom and toilet, such as a granny flat where I can have a fully private space.
Alternatively, a small shared unit with only a few residents would also be fine, preferably with rooms spaced apart.
As I do live streaming, having some distance between rooms would be ideal.
I haven’t had any noise issues in my current or previous homes.
I can move in 20th on Monday.
My school hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available outside those times or on weekends for inspection.
