Lorenzo

Hi everyone!

My name is Lorenzo (23) and my girlfriend Kaitlyn (24) and I are currently based in Melbourne. We’re looking to relocate to Perth in mid-late January 2026 as I will be starting a new role as a law graduate at a commercial firm in the first week of February.
We’re hoping to find a double room in or near Cottesloe, ideally with air-conditioning, a wardrobe, Wi-Fi (NBN preferred), parking for one car, and within walking distance of a train station, for around $300-$330 per week. We’re looking for something long-term (around 12 months).

A little about us:
- Kaitlyn is a physiotherapist, and I’m an incoming law graduate.
- We are clean, respectful and quiet housemates.
- We both love soccer and travelling — we’ve just returned from a trip around South America.
- I’m also into MMA, basketball, and have a varied music taste.
- Kaitlyn is big on skiing and hiking.
- Non-smokers and no drugs.

We enjoy a peaceful home environment, but we’re always friendly, social and easy to live with. We’re happy to meet in person or via video call before the move.
