I'm a 32 year old single guy who works full time in the Automotive industry.
I have been renting a unit in Frankston sth myself for many years, unfortunately my time at this place has come to an end. I've got great rental history, with strong reference.

I've come to the conclusion in this current market it no longer makes sense to rent solo. For what's on offer the value is just not there.

I'm looking to team up for a lease on a nice bigger house of apartment, ideally with 2 bathrooms in the area, Oliver's hill/ Frankston sth near the beach ect.
Affordability for such a place with divided costs will be no issue for me I've been paying $420 a week for rent alone.

I'm easy to get along with, Clean, Respectful, Quiet. I like Cooking, Music, Beach, Gym, Cars, Motorbikes. I love animals especially Dogs.
I live a mostly clean lifestyle except for the occasional drink and cigarette. I don't care about any lifestyle choices such as smoking, drinking, 420 if no issues are caused.
