Hi, I’m James!

I’ll be moving to Melbourne on January 10, 2026, to settle down and work full-time (PR Visa Holder). I’m originally from the Philippines and will be moving on my own.

I’m an accountant by profession, so I naturally like to keep my space clean, tidy, and well-organized. I’m fairly introverted and quiet, usually spending my free time relaxing in my room, going for walks, or joining fun runs and park runs on weekends.

For the living setup, I'm okay with a shared bathroom. Access to a kitchen and washing machine is also important to me.

I will initially stay for 3 months, and if I find it good I would love to extend my stay.

I’m looking forward to finding a comfortable, friendly home and hopefully some nice housemates to share it with.
