Hi, I’m James!
I'm currently staying in Sunshine and I’ll be moving to Dandenong (ready to move now), to work full-time (PR Visa Holder). I’m originally from the Philippines, and will be moving on my own.
I’m an accountant by profession, so I naturally like to keep my space clean, tidy, and well-organized. I’m fairly introverted and quiet, usually spending my free time relaxing in my room, going for walks, or joining fun runs and park runs on weekends.
For the living setup, I'm okay with a shared bathroom. Access to a kitchen and washing machine is also important to me.
I will be staying for 12 months or more.
I’m looking forward to finding a comfortable, friendly home and hopefully some nice housemates to share it with.
