Looking for a Quiet Home (Ensuite + Unfurnished + Undercover Parking)

Hi, I’m Nithya 👋
I work full-time in IT in South Brisbane and I’m looking for a quiet, clean home with my own private bathroom or ensuite. My ideal move-in date is around 17 January 2026.

I’m hoping to find a place in the $350–$400 per week range, preferably with bills included. Undercover parking (a garage or carport) is essential for me. I also prefer a spacious, unfurnished bedroom where I can use my own queen bed and desk. If the room or property has no carpets, that’s a huge bonus as I have allergies. I also bring my own Dyson vacuum and air purifier, so keeping the space clean is never an issue.

I’m very comfortable sharing with one housemate, a couple, or a small family, and I would actually prefer living with a homeowner rather than another renter. I’ve been in situations where housemates move out and suddenly I have to look for replacements, and I’d love to avoid that stress this time.

Location-wise, I’m flexible as long as it’s well connected. I’m mainly looking around Springfield, Springfield Lakes, Forest Lake, Oxley, Corinda, Darra, Richlands, Chermside, Toowong, or similar suburbs with good train or highway access into South Brisbane.

A little about me: I’m tidy, respectful, and very quiet. My evenings are usually spent reading, studying for certification exams, meal-prepping, or just unwinding. I’m not into parties and I value calm, comfortable homes. I’m also an early sleeper and early riser.

I’m looking for a 6–12 month stay while I sort out work and study plans. If my parents visit next year, I may move, but I’ll always give at least one to two months’ notice, no surprises.
