Looking for a Quiet Home (Ensuite + Unfurnished + Undercover Parking)

Hi, I’m Nithya 👋
I work full-time in IT (South Brisbane) and I’m looking for a quiet, clean room with a private bathroom/ensuite. Moving around 17 January 2026.

What I need:
• $350–$400/week (bills included ideally)
• Private bathroom / ensuite
• Undercover parking (garage/carport) – must
• Spacious bedroom (queen bed + desk)
• Prefer one housemate or a couple or family.
• Prefer living with a homeowner rather than another renter
• Prefer an unfurnished room (I have my own furniture, I’d like to use my own mattress)

Location:
I’m flexible with suburbs as long as it’s:
• close to a train station, OR
• easy access to the Ipswich/Springfield/Beenleigh line/Northgate, OR
• good highway access to South Brisbane
Some areas I like:
Springfield • Springfield Lakes • Forest Lake • Oxley • Corinda • Darra • Richlands • Chermside • Toowong etc.

About me:
I’m tidy, respectful, and quiet. Evenings are usually spent reading, studying for certification exams, meal-prepping, or unwinding. Not into parties, love calm, comfortable spaces. I also go to bed pretty early and wake up early.

Length of stay:
Looking for 6–12 months while I sort out work and study. If my parents visit next year, I may move, but I’ll always give 1–2 months’ notice.
