My name is Kim Aves, and I am writing to express my interest in renting your property. I am originally from the Philippines and have been living in Australia for the past seven years. I currently reside in Perth together with my two beautiful children — a boy and a girl, aged 11 and 12.

I am employed at Telstra and also work at Calvin Klein every Thursday night. I take great pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-kept home. Cleanliness and respect for the property are very important to me, and I always make sure that any place we live in is cared for as if it were my own.
