Mexican (but on a Work & Holiday 417, first year — rare combo, I know).
Back home I’m a trained chef, but here in Australia I’m currently surviving on casual jobs — right now working at an Aldi warehouse. I wake up at 4:30am because my shift starts at 6am, Monday to Friday.
I’ll be renting a car soon, so ideally I’m looking for a place where I can park safely.
I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, and I don’t leave dirty dishes sitting for days.
I also don’t steal food from the fridge — I’m more the type who stocks the freezer.
If I cook something Mexican, I’ll warn everyone in advance so you don’t think someone set off a tear gas bomb in the house (toasted chiles can be… intense).
I’m also a gamer, so a decent internet connection is important to me.
And I’d like to be able to bring my girlfriend over every now and then — I’m single at the moment, but you never know when the day will come.
