Hi, I'm Hiroya! I'm a 29-year-old from Japan.
I'm looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home for the next year from end of this month while I study. My English is at an upper-intermediate level, so everyday communication won't be an issue at all.

Back in Japan, I work as a public sector consultant, but I'm currently taking a year off. I have solid savings, so rent and bills will always be paid exactly on time. I am single, have no children, and don't have any pets.

As a flatmate, I'm clean, responsible, and easygoing. I love having a friendly chat with my housemates, but I also highly respect personal space and value a quiet environment to relax and study. I always make sure to clean up after myself in the kitchen and common areas immediately after use.
