My boyfriend Nev and I are looking for a place to live, we are two aspiring artists wanting to start a business out of our art. We have a little cavalier who's 7, and well behaved. We love taking her for walks when she isn't being a couch potato! Haha. We have stable incomes and will have the rent paid on time, everytime.
