Hi there! My name is Joe and Im a 24 year old from England. I have been living/working full time in Perth for the past year and am now in need of a new place to call home :)

-I do traffic control work in the city, as well as regular FIFO shutdowns.

-I am OCD level clean (you'll see) and a very considerate housemate

-I enjoy scuba diving, running, playing boardgames, camping and playing guitar - with headphones - don't worry ;)

I am looking for long term accommodation with other considerate, like minded people. I'll rarely turn down the chance to be social but am equally happy keeping to myself.
