I’m moving over from Adelaide for a job in Outdoor Education. I’m currently a primary tenant who sublets to other housemates, which has created such a nice little community/vibe to come home to, which I’m sad about leaving!
I’ve lived with many different people for the past 7 years in share houses, so I can read a room well (and keep one tidy).
I’m happy to admit and own my shortcomings and aim to see what others need and try to accomodate it as best I can within a house.
I love a bit of gardening, and have way too many indoor plants. I’ve maintained the garden (and plenty of other handyman work) of the rental I’ve been living in for the past 4 years.
I’m looking for a place I can call home for a bit, and eventually extend that little home to live in my partner who currently lives in Wahroonga.
I suppose the max of $500 p.w would include her in that too. If it were just me, I’m hoping it would be less that than.
If I’m not on a camp, or gardening, or fixing/building something, I’ll be surfing or playing guitar. I think that people like having me around, so hopefully you do too!
