Hey! I’m Asem, 23, I am originally from Melbourne, and moved to the Gold Coast for work 2 weeks ago. I’m starting a new full-time role as an Account Executive, and I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home as I am in a temporary place now.

I’m friendly, respectful, and easy-going, someone who values a tidy, peaceful home environment. During the week, I’m usually busy with work, then I like to unwind by going to the gym or a boxing session after hours. I’m also pretty outdoorsy, I love spending time at the beach, playing volleyball, or going on a hike on the weekends.

I’ve travelled to over 35 countries, which has really shaped who I am open-minded, adaptable, and someone who enjoys meeting new people and learning from different cultures. I get along well with all kinds of people and am always up for a chat or shared meal, but I also respect personal space and quiet time.

As a flatmate, I’m clean, considerate, and responsible with rent and bills. I like keeping things organised and positive around the house, and I’m always respectful of others’ routines.
