I’m looking for a single room for a long-term stay (3–6 months or longer). I’m on a Working Holiday visa valid for 10 months and currently working.

I’m a non-smoker, quiet, tidy, and respectful. I don’t party and I keep shared areas clean. I’m easygoing and friendly, but I also respect privacy. I’m pet-friendly, have no allergies, and I like animals.

I’m looking for a place near CBD, Victoria Park, East Victoria Park, Carlisle, Lathlain, Northbridge, or Rivervale. I’d love to arrange an inspection if the room is available.
