Gain Jang

Hi, my name is Gain and I’m currently on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m looking for an ensuite room (with a private bathroom/shower). I can stay from 1 to 11 months, and I’m flexible with the length of stay. If everything goes well, I’m happy to stay longer than a month.

A bit about me: I have experience living with housemates, and I’m a very clean and tidy person. I always take good care of shared spaces and keep them just as clean as my own room. I’m also reliable with payments and always pay bills on time. I consider myself a respectful and friendly housemate.

I don’t drink or smoke, and I’m not a party person, so I won’t be loud or cause noise at night. I don’t have a car, so I prefer a place close to train or bus stops, and near amenities if possible.
