Hi! Im 24- year old girl from Estonia and im looking for a nice peaceful place to call home in NOR Perth. I’m working full time and in my spare time im usually out with my friends or at the beach. I don’t smoke or do drugs. Im preferrably looking for something long term, but short term is okay as well. Im friendly, tidy, easygoing, and respectful of others. I really like my own space but I don’t mind socialising and having a glass of wine sometimes. Im preferrably looking for something in Scarborough area but im very open minded about location. My budget is 300-400$ a week, depending on a place. I would like to move in from 25th of november. Parking is required
