My name is Dom. And with my wife, Ellen, we are currently living in the Cannington area, leasing privately on Oak Street.
As of last month we are now seeking a new home that offers a little more comfort, privacy, and convenience for a married couple.

We are both working professionals - myself being full-time within the logistic sector in the Pilbara & my wife within being local in the Perth metro's hospitality sector.

We are both quiet / introverted people who keep to ourselves. We take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy living space, therefore, prefer not to host gatherings at our home.
We have no pets, with the exception of a few pot plants we cherish & look after.

We are hoping to secure a long-term lease (12 months or more) to create some stability. In return, you can expect tenants who look after the property with care, respect all rules and agreements, and value a positive, cooperative relationship with the owner or property manager.
