Grew up in Sydney, have spent the last 35+ years working all over Australia as a Chef, and also in Europe.
Have come back to Sydney for family reasons, and update some health needs.
Plan on staying here for a while, as have a large business to set up and get established, that involves a lot of number work and logistics.
Also planning on going back to work in a kitchen some time early next year, as truly miss putting good food on a plate for people to enjoy as a living.
