Grew up in Sydney, have spent the last 35+ years working all over Australia as a Chef from Sydney, Adelaide, Darwin, Birdsville, Bourke, Central NSW, Victoria, the far south NSW coast and also in Europe.
Have come back to Sydney for family reasons, and update some health needs.
Plan on staying here for a while, as have a large business to set up and get established, that involves a lot of number work and logistics.
Also planning on going back to work in a kitchen some time early next year, as truly miss putting good food on a plate for people to enjoy as a living.
Am prepared to move anywhere in the Sydney region.
