Nicole Delantar and Gemar

Hi! We’re a couple currently on a student visa. My partner is the main student taking up a master’s degree, and I’m the dependent working full-time. He’s now on his final term and will finish his studies by February 2026. After that, we’ll be on a Post Graduate Visa, which allows both of us to work full-time for two more years.
I currently work full-time at Courtyard by Marriott, Murdoch, while my partner works at Aburi Japanese Restaurant. We also manage a small Airbnb business in the Philippines, which we handle online.
We’re both homebodies who enjoy a calm and tidy space. On our days off, we love cooking, walking, watching movies, playing arcade games, and doing house chores together. Recently, we’ve also started playing pickleball for fun!
We love dogs, though we don’t plan on getting one anytime soon, so a non-pet-friendly property is perfectly fine for us.
Right now, we’re staying at my sister’s place, but since tuition fees are already settled, we’re ready to move into our own relaxing, clean, and safe home where we can build our routine and enjoy our time together.
