I am a 47-year-old woman who works full time and enjoys AFL, swimming, walking, and working. I prefer living in a clean and quiet studio/ granny flat/ apartment. Would consider a team up if we click. I come with a medium dog (Samoyed x border collie ) but no kids. My daughter is grown up. I’m originally from Melbourne and have lived in QLD for 10 yrs.
I’ve been in my current apartment for 5 yrs and am looking for another long term property. Preferably unfurnished as I have my own.

I’m also interested in a short term arrangement to share if available from the 11th November, while I looked for a permanent place.
