I have just completed my last semester at ECU, and I plan to stay in Perth until the week after the graduation ceremony in February (~15th of February). Currently, I work part-time as a bartender on the weekends in Leederville and occasionally fill in at a casual shift at the university as an ambassador.

I am looking for a room to rent between early December and the middle of February. I am flexible with move-in and out dates. My weekly budget ranges from $220 to $280.

Location: preferably within a 30-minute walking distance to ECU Joondalup/Joondalup shopping mall, or within walking distance to a station along the Yanchep line. I often work late evenings and do not drive, which means that I rely on public transport.
