Raquel

Hi, I’m Raquel Dias.
At the moment I live in a 2 bedroom house just myself and my lovely dog Romeo, he’s a Australian Shepherd and he’s extremely bubbly and friendly. I’m looking to down size for the moment just so i can get into some studies, looking for a semi permanent place.
I work in the city in a French restaurant as a Hostess.
I’m a very friendly person, like to have an occasional chat.
I have lived in shared housing and bedroom before, so I’m used to the cleaning after myself and leaving everything tidy.

My dog is an outside dog through out the day but at night he sleeps with me in my bedroom.
He is well toilet trained.

I have to give 3 weeks notice to my current realestate, I need a place that can be flexible and understanding that it would take me 3 weeks before I move in to the room.

I’m looking for place that can do a contract or sign a statutory agreement with me and give me receipts of every payment that is done through out the lease period.
