I'm an 18 year old woman who is completing Year 12. Normally, being in Year 12 means you are extremely busy, however my situation is quite the opposite. I have lots of free time, as I have chosen to complete Year 12 over 2 years - 3 subjects in the first year and 2 in the second - which consequently means I do not have nearly as many classes to go to each week.

I am looking for a room to rent for a cheap price. In return, I will help around the house, doing chores like meal planning, hanging and washing clothes, stacking the dishwasher, tidying / organising rooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and other things. I am very friendly, all you have to do is ask me - I promise I don't bite!

I have lots of free time on my hands, I can't think of a better way to occupy my time when I'm not studying, which currently isn't very much, as Year 12 has just started - for some weird reason Year 11 ends in September rather than December and Year 12 starts in October not February??? - and the is barely homework / assignments.

I am a kind, empathetic, and caring woman who loves supporting people in any way possible. I love the TV Show Doctor who, playing the piano and singing, and art making.

If you're worried about me being loud while playing the piano or singing, don't be alarmed! I have headphones that I use when playing, and will spend most of my time practicing at school, as it several music rooms available for me to practice singing and playing the piano in!

I will also be doing most - if not all - of my art making at school, so you won't find any charcoal marks on the carpet - though I did recently have smudged charcoal on my nose - I always make sure to wash my hands, arms, and face after finishing up an art lesson!
