My name is Gerard I am 29 years. My occupation is in the engineering and construction sector and currently working in WA as a full time employee with Rob Carr Pty Ltd for almost a year.
I am looking for a place that will give me better independence that I can keep clean and tidy, somewhere I can set up an office workspace when I'm not commuting to work. I would be a solo tenant with no pets or dependants, progressing towards saving to buy a house.
I previously lived in Bassendean in a shared house for seven months paying $350/week under contract. I regularly looked after the maintenance of the sprinkles, swimming pool, cleaning the floors and the rubbish bins. I moved out because work required me to go to Kalgoorlie and I would only be in Perth 3 to 6 days in the month. It made financial sense to move to Kalgoorlie instead. My work is based in Perth for the next 18 months and look forward to moving into a peaceful one bedroom space for the near future
