Hey, I'm Gem! I'm starting a new full-time job in Loganholme and am looking to rent a private room in a clean, friendly and relaxed share house. I don't drive, so I need a place that's easily accessible by either train or bus. Whilst I'll be around on the occasional weekend, I'd spend most of them back in Sunshine Coast with my partner.

I'm expecting my new job to be quite demanding, so I'd love to come home to a place that is tidy and with a relaxing atmosphere. I don't drink much or party but I love meeting new people and would be very happy to socialise over dinner or a movie after work, and I also love going for morning walks and grabbing a coffee.

I love animals so I wouldn't mind you having cats or dogs at all. Whilst I'd love a private bedroom, I'm happy to share a bathroom. Furnished would be a bonus but I can also be flexible.

I'm a 35y/o female, and my preference would be to share a place with at least one other female, but I'm open to share houses of different sizes. Preferably with other working professionals.
