• Room in a friendly house share (3–6 months to start, ideally longer)
• North of the river – around Wembley, Floreat, Balcatta, Osborne Park, etc.
• Ideally a large room / en-suite
• Parking required

I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful. I love the gym, football, beach days, and exploring new places. I’m always up for a chat but equally love my own space and really value my own space.
