Hi, I am an international student starting my studies at the Adelaide University from February 2026 and I am looking for a budget‑friendly room in Adelaide CBD or along the free tram line.My budget is up to $200 per week (including bills). I am happy with either a shared room or a single room in a share house.Prefer locations within the city/free tram zone such as around North Terrace, Rundle Mall, King William Street, Victoria Square, South Terrace or near a tram stop with easy access to the university.
