I’m an 18-year-old female who’s very outgoing and social, with a great group of friends, and I’m looking for another female to live with. I’ve been mostly living out of home since I was 16 and have been working since I was 14 years and 9 months, so I’m very used to paying my share of rent and bills and being responsible. I’m easygoing, respectful, and independent, most of the time I’ll be in my room studying, but I’m also currently looking for work as I’m wanting to get into real estate. I really value a comfortable, positive home environment and am reliable, clean, and considerate to live with.
