I’ll be a student here in Perth, so I’m looking for a place, I’m aiming to move in around the 9th or mid Feb due to personal commitments.
I’ve lived at shared accomodations before so I’m very open minded, bring a positive attitude and keep things tidy. I’m also very respectful of boundaries and others and can be very helpful.
I enjoy a lot of outdoor activities, mainly gym, hiking, running, tennis, and basically anything even if it’s indoors chilling, having a conversation or watching a movie and explaining my top 5s and understanding if you need non-verbal personal time, I’m pretty easy going so anything is fine.

I’m comfortable with pets, as I love animals and I don’t mind smokers, however I don’t smoke.
