I’m a considerate and easy-going flatmate who’s tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. I like to keep things clean and organised, but I’m also relaxed and not fussy. I’m social and enjoy a good chat or shared meal, but I also respect people’s space and downtime. Since I work as a tree surgeon and DJ(but don’t worry I’m not bringing my decks) I’ve got a nice balance of active days and creative nights — and I’m usually out and about rather than home all the time. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I always make sure the place feels comfortable and positive for everyone.
